Sustainable Cleaning Systems, (formerly TVW Janitorial)

JANITORIAL6

Our mission is to support the employment choices of people with disabilities. Our janitorial division provides a number of rewarding and challenging options for employees in the janitorial and building maintenance field. Whether our staff aspires to be great cleaners, leaders, or carpet and floor care technicians, we work with them to reach their goals. Our dedicated leadership staff works closely with our employees to provide support, training, and quality control in all of our accounts. Our program strives to enhance the lives of Oregonians with disabilities by providing them with competitive wages, medical and dental benefits that include paid vacation leave. Janitorial work is challenging and is a great form of physical exercise which makes it a perfect fit for the Qualified Rehabilitation Program and the community it helps and serves.

We provide full janitorial services including carpet cleaning, day/night porter service, floorJANITORIAL5 care, window cleaning, and top-level janitorial services. At TVW, we aim to please and plan to succeed by setting our sights high and knowing our customers needs. We understand that our customers are busy and we work hard to make their cleaning service as smooth and successful as possible. We can set up planned walkthroughs with customers that work around their schedules and provide them with quality assurance reports to review so they know what’s going on with the cleaning in their facility. We want to make their cleaning experience as pleasant as possible.

At TVW, we pride ourselves on service and accountability and strive to treat each of our customers’ properties as if it were our own. We work with our customers one-on-one to understand the specific needs of the property and its staff. We understand that each facility is unique in its cleaning needs and TVW goes beyond conventional training to learn each building’s individual heartbeat and develop cleaning programs that keep specifications fulfilled and the properties healthy and looking sharp. We use green cleaning chemicals and practices in our services and try to stay at the head of the curve with new cleaning technologies. Oregon is an exciting place for a cleaning company to be in terms of new environmentally preferable cleaning technologies and we take advantage of that in our services. Whether you are a LEED accredited facility or just getting involved with the Green Building movement, we can help you reach your goals. We understand that cleaning for health is cleaning for the future and that is just good business. The health and well-being of our staff and customers is our number one concern. If you have questions about green cleaning and how it could help your business or employees be healthier and more productive, please contact us. We are more then happy to assist in any way possible.

“Our vision is to be the QRF janitorial company of choice for our customers.”JANITORIAL4

We would like you to be part of our vision. Whether you are looking for cleaning services for your property or office, or you are interested in being part of our program, please contact us and be part of enriching the lives of Americans with disabilities through employment.
